Mr. Big

The Supreme Court of Canada recently ruled in R v Hart 2014 SCC 52. Mr. Big confessions are now presumptively inadmissible unless the Crown meets the test for admissibility. The Supreme Court’s ruling now provides some protection for individuals who are the targets of these particular stings. The Suprme Court’s decision can be found here.
